There are a lot of options — where do I start?
There are really just three doors: run the template yourself, have us install it, or license the whole thing. Most companies start with a Diagnostic and we point you at the right one. You never throw away what you built on a lower rung.
What's the difference between Launch and Install?
Launch is a guided sprint — we set the workspace up with you, fast, and hand it off. Install is done-for-you: we build the Business, Web, and GTM systems and wire your stack so your team can run it on day one.
Why a six-month minimum on Operate?
The GTM feedback loop needs two full cycles to show signal. Anything shorter and the retainer gets blamed for not working when it just hadn't run yet. After six months it's month-to-month.
Who is MOTION License for?
Economic-development orgs, accelerators, and operators who want to run their own incubator on the MOTION methodology under license, rather than hiring us per engagement. MOTION North is the first — an Indigenous-owned venture running MOTION across Canada.
