Engagements & Pricing

Start narrow. Build what proves itself.

Tolowa does not sell a giant capability bundle on day one. We name the constraint, establish a boundary, ship something working, and expand only when the first system earns it.

Visibility Session

No cost

Name the most important thing you cannot clearly see, establish urgency, and decide whether Tolowa can materially change it.

0210 business days

System Sprint

About $5K

Make one important part of the business visible and ship one live operating loop. The outcome is working software or workflow—not a report.

034–8+ weeks

System Build

From $15K

Build a larger connected market, revenue, or operating system around one defined business transformation.

04Ongoing

Operate

Scoped monthly

Tolowa stays accountable for an agreed system, cadence, and set of operating outcomes after the build.

Pricing logic

Price follows responsibility.

A $15K build is a bounded transformation—not permission to rebuild the entire company. Broad work crossing market, revenue, and operations is priced accordingly.

One primary constraint

Every engagement has one problem that earns priority over everything else discovered.

One system boundary

We define what enters the loop, what leaves it, and what remains explicitly out of scope.

One accountable owner

The client names the person who can make decisions and operate the result.

One observable result

The work ships with a baseline, acceptance criteria, and evidence that the loop runs.

After the build

Maintenance and operation are different jobs.

$1K–$2K / month

System Care

Maintenance, monitoring, backups, security, health reporting, and bounded updates after a build.

Care keeps a system healthy. It does not include open-ended strategy or managed growth.

$7.5K–$15K / month

Managed Operation

Tolowa owns an agreed operating function, cadence, metrics, and improvement backlog.

Scope is defined by responsibility and outcomes—not an unlimited bucket of studio hours.

Do not scope the whole
company at once.

Name the constraint first. We will recommend the smallest credible engagement.
