Why a Notion template?
Notion is already the lingua franca for operating docs at growth-stage companies. Everyone has it. Nobody has it organized. A template gives you structure without ripping out the tool.
Is this the same thing you install for clients?
Yes. The structure, artifacts, and cadences come directly from the workspace we run Tolowa Studio on, polished and documented for self-install. The difference is we customize it heavily during a paid engagement.
When does it ship?
We have no fixed ship date yet. The honest answer: we’re not going to ship until the workspace it’s based on is worth showing off. When it ships, we drop template updates monthly — waitlist members get first look and early-access pricing.
What will it cost?
Motion OS Lite (one module — Business OS) is free with email. The full workspace is $199 — self-serve, no support included. Need us to set it up in your Notion? That’s the Install Sprint at $5k flat. Waitlist members lock in early-access pricing before we go public.
