● Motion for Companies
The system your company actually runs on.
Most strategy decks die in execution. Motion is the operating system that keeps them alive — Business OS, Web OS, GTM OS, installed in 4–8 weeks and run on retainer until the engine moves on its own.
Framework
Three layers. One Motion.
The decision layer.
Business OS
Decides what to build, how to sequence, and keeps context stable across every venture and engagement.
- 4-Layer Model
- Skills Library
- 6-Stage Lifecycle
The delivery layer.
Web OS
Ships premium business websites on a shared architecture — multiple clients without a per-project cost explosion.
- 7-Phase Delivery
- Component Library
- Hosting Decision Tree
The revenue layer.
GTM OS
The recurring cadence that gets ventures in front of buyers and turns demand into pipeline.
- 6-Phase Playbook
- Pipeline Triage
- Attribution Stack

What it looks like to install Motion.

MOTION Operate
Phases 5–6 of the Method: Pipeline Triage and Feedback Loop. The engine needs two full cycles to show signal — that’s why we ask for six months. After that, month-to-month.
Three ways to run the engine.
Start where you are. Move up when the work — not the contract — calls for it.
Operate
The engine runs. Pipeline triage, weekly cadence, feedback loop on what's working.
- Weekly pipeline triage + outreach cadence
- Feedback Loop — attribution review, channel tuning
- Apollo + HubSpot operation
- Ghost publishing rhythm
- Monthly readout + roadmap

Common questions
Why a six-month minimum on Operate?
Phases 5–6 — Pipeline Triage and Feedback Loop — need two full cycles to show signal. Anything shorter and the retainer gets blamed for not working when it just hadn't run yet.
Can I do Install without Operate?
Yes. Install is a complete delivery — your team owns it and can run it. We recommend Operate for the first six months because the system rewards the cadence, but it's not required.
What if I just want a website?
We aren't the right shop for a standalone redesign. The Install includes a production site, but its value is in the GTM scaffolding around it — HubSpot, Apollo, Ghost, n8n — wired together. If you only need a site, hire a great Next.js studio.
How does the Diagnostic relate to pricing?
The Diagnostic is a 60-minute working session — free, no pressure. If we proceed to an Install, the time we spent counts. You leave with an ICP brief and channel recommendation either way.
